About · Calvin Dickinson, Founder

I'm Calvin.
Operator first.
Advisor second.

Seven and a half years at a Sunday Times 100 double-winner. £1m to £45m, 20 to 300 people. Now I bring the same operator instinct to founders scaling revenue. GTM, hiring, process, investors, advisory.

In numbers

The same 7 years, told the other way.

Numbers don't make a partner. But they're a fair shortcut for whether someone's actually done the work, or just read about it.

Revenue £1m £45m Top-line growth across 7.5 years.
Headcount 20 300 Built and rebuilt the org shape as the stage moved.
Recognition Sunday Times 100 Fastest-Growing · 2023 & 2024.
The path

Operator, then this.

The short version. The long version's better over a 20-minute call.

Chapter 01 · Tecknuovo

Joined Tecknuovo in 2018 as a Talent Consultant. Left in January 2026 as Growth Director, with P&L for the part of the business that had grown 45× while I was there.

What I cared about wasn't the title or the trajectory. It was the pattern recognition. What works at £3m and breaks at £8m. When a process is the answer, and when it's slowing you down. Spotting a wrong-fit hire six months before everyone else admits it.

None of that's in the deck. It's the room.

Chapter 02 · Khulani

Khulani is the operator in the room for founders scaling revenue. The work I love: revenue growth, the hiring calls that shape the next stage, process built alongside delivery, the difficult conversations founders shouldn't be having alone.

A small number of engagements at a time. Weekly cadence. Mostly face-to-face. Founder-led businesses with product-market fit, anywhere from zero up to around £15m. Sector-agnostic, with the deepest pattern recognition in B2B services and tech-enabled services.

If that's what your room is missing, let's talk.

An honest note

Khulani is new.
The track record isn't.

I'm a year into Khulani as a business. The 7.5 years that produced the playbook isn't. If you're weighing the lack of a Khulani-branded case study against the work, that's a fair read.

The right answer to it is a conversation, not a deck. Twenty minutes will tell us both whether the operator experience translates to what you're trying to do.
