Founders with product-market fit. £0 to around £15m revenue.

Once you've got PMF, even at zero revenue, that's my zone. Pre-PMF and you'll need a different specialist. Based anywhere. UK and Europe is the natural home.

Engagements run 3–9 months, weekly cadence.

Long enough for the work to stick. Short enough that we both stay honest about whether it's working.

03 / Honesty

If this isn't the right shape for you, I'll say so on the call.
